The MicroSATA Adapter can be used to adapt a SATA interface to a Micro SATA drive. It is voltage regulated to generate +3.3VDC and +5VDC. Even without a +3.3VDC source, as long as it has +12VDC input it will still output +3.3VDC using an internal regulator.

No additional cables or adapters needed other than this when connecting a micro SATA drive to a full SATA interface, such as our SATA to USB adapters and drive duplicators.

THIS ADAPTER IS NOT DESIGNED FOR LAPTOP USE. IT WILL NOT FIT INSIDE A LAPTOP COMPUTER. It is intended for full-size desktop computers and external SATA connectors (USB adapters, etc).
