Bought this a while ago and thank God it was sitting out in my sight when I needed it to rebuild an old server. Was trying to plug new SATA drive into an old IDE Dell Optiplex tower.

Couldn't get to work at first but chat session appeared on this page and Luke instructed me to remove jumper and make master. Worked great after that. Back up and running. Very easy to use.
