Pro: Works as described. The LEDs are excellent for showing power and communication.

Con: There have been a few times where the device was not initialized properly (exclamation in device manager). A restart to the PC always fixed this issue. Haven't taken the time to really determine if it was just a driver issue. I'm currently using Prolific Driver Version 3.4.25.218 (newest on prolific's website) and it has been relatively stable.
